The Harmonic Degree°

This is a series of 12 intensive workshops tuned into the Zodiac and the Natural Year Cycle.

We are running one workshop per month. These can be done separately or as a year long study. The workshops are run by Helena & Zoe and is part of Harmonic Living & Healing.

Covering a multitude of fascinating esoteric subjects this course builds throughout the year helping you appreciate life on a deeper, more conscious level.

It has been designed in line with the Zodiac and the natural cycles of the year to enhance your awareness of the harmonic rhythms of life.

Each workshop includes energy work and a meditation, as well as a practical and hands-on part.Every month we tune into the current climate and the forces of the natural world, the Earthly and the Heavenly energies.

VIRGO
20th September - Autumn Equinox
Practical Herbalism
We will cover how to rid your home of chemicals and make your own herbal alternatives. Learn about Aromatherapy and make your own blend.
The Autumn Equinox is a time of equilibrium; day and night are equal and it is time to harvest.

LIBRA
18th October - The Element of Air
Crystals, Colours & Vibration
In this workshop you will learn how crystals and colours resonate throughout the chakras, Aura and the Zodiac. You will also be shown a simple healing and empowerment technique through meditation and breath work.

SCORPIO
15th November - Samhain
Daily Ritual & Magickal Practice
Learn how to Protect and Purify yourself through a daily ritual.
We will also show you how to tap into your Subconscious powers through meditation.
This is the Celtic New Year, marking the descent of winter. It is a time for transformation  and inner work.

SAGITTARIUS
20th December - Winter Solstice
Healing Energies & the Chakra System
This month you will learn about the 15 Chakras and how the use of sound and colour can benefit your overall health. We will guide you through a Chakra balancing exercise.
The Winter Solstice, Yule, is a turning point, a point of change.

CAPRICORN
January - The Element of Earth
Connect to Your Roots with Sacred Tree Knowledge
This is a time for inner reflection and we will connect to a specific tree which will be your Teacher in the coming year.
You will learn about the Ogham, the Druid Tree Months and Sacred tree lore.

AQUARIUS
February - Imbolc
Astrology & the Cosmos
The energy of Aquarius vibrates with the frequencies of the New Times. In this workshop we will cover the basics of Astrology and how you can use it in your daily life.
Imbolc, also called the Festival of Bride, is the time of the first stirrings of Spring. Now is the time for banishing Winter and welcome Spring and new life.

PISCES
March - the Spring Equinox
Connecting with Spirit Guides
In this workshop you will meet and learn how to communicate with your Spirit Guide. We will also discuss how you can develop your intuition and psychic abilities.
The Spring Equinox is a time of fertility and new life, of balance and harmony.

ARIES
April - the Element of Fire
The Different Uses of Fire
This month we will show you how you can use Fire for cleansing and divination. You will also learn how to make your own incense.
Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac and the sun enters Aries on the first day of Spring each year.

TAURUS
May - Beltane
Power Animals & Shamanic Journeying
We will take you on a journey to meet and communicate with your Power Animal. You will also learn methods of working with the power of the animals in your life.
Beltane is the beginning of the Celtic Summer, the light season of the year. It is a great time to communicate with Nature Spirits.

GEMINI
June - Summer Solstice
The Power of Sound & the Mind
The sign of Gemini is associated with communication, sound and the mind. This month we will use chants and sound, like crystal bowls, for healing and energy work.
We will also learn about the Power of Now and how to create positive affirmations.
On the Summer Solstice the sun is at its highest and brightest and the day is at its longest. This is the time when our physical energy is at its peak. 

CANCER
July - the Element of Water
The Power of Water
This month you will learn about Water Intention and Masaru Emoto. This is the season of abundance and we will use all of our senses when we learn  about conscious cooking.

LEO
August - Lughnasadh
The Power of Dance & Movement
In this last workshop we will tap into the dramatic energies of Leo and dance the Zodiac! We will also talk about how to break bad habits and prepare ourselves for  transformation.
This is the festival of Lugh, the Celtic God of Fire, crafts and skills.
After the workshop there is a Graduation Party for those who have done all 12 workshops!
