Reiki Level 1 - Shoden

Reiki 1 is a very powerful and insightful course. During this 2-day workshop you will rediscover your own healing power to heal yourself - physically, mentally and spiritually. You will be taught the traditional Usui System and Hatsurei ho, a traditional Japanese meditation, along with other protective and cleansing meditations. You will also be taught to heal yourself and others, everyone will receive plenty of healing over the two days.

The course is very practical and hands-on and all students will give and receive healing to learn how to use the energy and how much fun you can have with it.

You will learn:
- Short history of Reiki
- How to use Reiki on yourself and others
- The Chakra system and our Energy Anatomy
- How to work intuitively
- Distant healing
- Hatsurei ho and other cleansing and protective meditations

On completion of this course you will be awarded a certificate and a manual.
No previous healing experience is required.

Reiki Level 2 - Okuden

This is a one day intensive course; please allow at least 3 months between Reiki 1 and 2. In Reiki 2 you will be taught the ancient and sacred Reiki symbols and their use in healing treatments and distant healing. We will also cover the Microcosmic Orbit and how to work more intuitively.

You will learn:
- The Sacred Reiki symbols and their use in healing and distant healing
- Microcosmic Orbit
- How to work more intuitively
- The Role of the Healer
- Sacred Space
- Introduction to the Kotodama

On completion of this course you will be awarded a certificate and a manual.


Reiki Level 3 - Shinpiden

This is the Master Teacher level and the course is held over three days. You will also be required to complete case studies.

You will learn:
- The Reiki Master Symbols
- How to perform Reiki Attunements to pass on the Reiki energy
- How to develop your intuition
- How to find and and walk your Spiritual Path
- Kotodama and Sacred Sounds
- How to deal with your Shadow Self and Spiritual Crisis
- Advanced Healing techniques
